has begun, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the work completed and expenses

on the project.

partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. For example, if 50%
of the work has been completed, we may issue a refund for the remaining 50% of the unused

consultation fees, research, and any completed ghostwriting, editing, or publishing work
that has been approved by the client, are non-refundable.

processed through your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 5-7 business
days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions:

Custom Services: Refunds may not be provided for fully
customized services that have been delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications.
Custom book cover designs, manuscript reviews, or completed ghostwriting projects are
non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

Rush Orders:Services that are expedited and delivered within
a tight deadline are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear failure to meet the
agreed-upon terms or quality standards.
Revisions and Corrections:

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to take advantage of our revision policy.
If the service provided does not meet your expectations, we will gladly make revisions or
corrections at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction, as long as the requests are
reasonable and within the scope of the original project agreement.

Before Work Begins:If you wish to cancel your project before
any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.

After Work Begins:If you cancel a project after work has
started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work

No Refunds for Completed Projects:

Once a project is fully completed, approved by the client, and delivered, no refunds will
be issued. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their work during the project stages to
ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered and
delivered to the client, refunds may not be issued. For example, if a book manuscript has been
finalized and handed over, the client may not be eligible for a refund.
Customized or Personalized Services: Any custom or personalized
services, such as ghostwriting or book editing, where work has been specifically tailored to the
client’s needs, may be non-refundable after delivery due to the nature of the work.
Client-Requested Delays or Cancellations: If the client causes
delays or cancellations, such as failing to provide necessary materials or feedback on time, the
company may not offer a refund. Additionally, if the client cancels the service midway through, they
may forfeit any paid fees for work already completed.
Violation of Terms and Conditions: If the client breaches the
company’s terms and conditions, such as unauthorized use of services or materials, they may not be
eligible for a refund.
Revisions and Dissatisfaction After Multiple Edits: After a certain
number of revisions, dissatisfaction with the work may not warrant a refund. For example, if the
company provides the agreed-upon revisions and the client continues to request changes outside the
original scope of work, the refund may not apply.
